why do i need a boyfriend... right now?

the question that most girls face: "do you have a boyfriend?" my answer would be: "why do i need a boyfriend...right now?" most girls want a boyfriend to feel protected, maybe they want attention or they don't want to be alone. the reason is different for everyone. for me, i'm happy flying solo. why? because that means my prince charming is getting prepared to meet me. sure i think about who will be my prince charming, if i've met him already or if i'll meet him when i leave home. i know people who are around my age and have relationships or are just dating to have fun. some girls don't take dating seriously. i want my relationships to be meaningful not meaningless. and sure you may look on your friend's instagram and be like "awe i want a guy like him! he seems so sweet." yeah i know, been there and done that. or some girls hear a song and wish it were for them. like they have a whole play list dedicated to a guy. 

and don't think that it's wrong to say "i like a boy" or "he is so cute!" because that's not wrong. you are just developing your taste in guys.

i think it is important to be friends with guys. i have a lot of guy friends, most of them live in Florida. i think i have more guy friends than girl friends. to be honest, i like hanging out with guys because it's less drama, and they are very honest. i don't want to waste my time on someone who won't be in my life for a long time. i don't mind waiting for the right guy. us, girls should really start a habit of praying for our future boyfriends/husbands, so that they may be prepared for you. that they may be the one God created just for you. and i know that it may seem like forever, but don't worry.
