moving mountains

have you every felt like you couldn't ever move a mountain? you know that saying "faith can move mountains"? i have always wanted faith that could move a mountain. like think about it, you'd be called a superhero with superpowers to move things with your mind. but having faith that can move mountains means that i trust God enough to already know that the mountain will be moved. why? because i am telling God "i trust You, so help me get through this." for example, lets say something tragic happens and you feel overwhelmed, stressed or hurt. but you know that when you call on the name of Jesus He will be there. like a policeman is when you call 911. that's how God is with us. sometimes we don't feel Him with us, but God's love isn't about feeling. it's about trusting. i trust Him enough that if He said "jump off this cliff" i would. why? because i put my life in His Almighty hands. i am His servant and i'm going to let Him guide me. so when you feel like you can't move a mountain, remember all you have to do is put your life in His hands and He will guide you. call on His name and He will protect you. use His name in prayer and He will answer you.

Pray this tonight before you go to bed:

Lord, i put me life in Your hands and you will guide me.

Lord, i call on Your name and You will protect me.

Lord, i use Your name in prayer and You will answer me.
