a note of thanks

hey guys! today i was just journaling and taking sometime to talk to Jesus and i wrote this note of thanks to Him. i wanted to share it because no matter how many trials or hardships we endure, Jesus is always there for us. and sometimes we forget to have joy in the pain because it hurts...a lot. i'm learning to be thankful and joyful through my pain because Jesus gave it to me knowing that it will make me stronger. 

a note of thanks to my Jesus.

Jesus, 

thank you for helping and being near me in this season of singleness. i've learned a lot in my last relationship. thank you for the pain and hardship. i know you were always there. through the tears, the days i didn't want to live, in the doubt, sadness and weakness. you taught me so much about love, through the pain. you showed me how i could grow, have respect for myself and others and how to love myself. thank you for the season of sadness. i'm ready to walk with you through my season of singleness. Jesus, i trust in you.
