laughter cures

hey fam! how ya doin? in today's post i'm talking about laughter, and how it cures. for me laughing is a huge part of my life and my life would be so sad if i didn't laugh. i think laughter is a sign of being happy and joyous. I LOVE LAUGHING. a lot of things are funny to me and most of the time, not funny to other people. my cousin was with us for a month and to tell ya the truth, i don't think i've laughed that much in a looooooong time. she also finds everything funny which makes it hard for us to talk about serious stuff. i can be mad and someone will do or say something funny and i just laugh. it's become something i can no longer control lol.

i think everyone should laugh. laugh all your worries away. i think days when we don't laugh is a day wasted. everyday should be a happy day with joy and laughter. i want to spend the rest of my life laughing. i really do! i want to laugh as much as i breathe. maybe you just need friends who are just really fun and make every circumstance funny. i think all of my friends are like that. they know how to make me laugh when i'm sad.

a couple of months ago i was really sad and i got some news that was kinda upsetting to me. and i had been down in the dumps all day, that night it was probably like 1 or 2am when my cousin em and my sister ana started throwing stuff at the ceiling fan. (so back story we use to do this as kids...we are teenagers now and we still do this lol) it took them a few tshirts later to get me laugh/crying. i was literally rolling on the floor! plus we were delirious and at that hour everything was funny to us. it made everything 10 times better! after laughing for what felt like hours, i finally felt better, and the best part was i realized that they had my back when i was going through stuff.

my best friend mari doesn't even have to try to make me laugh. she's so random that it's funny. one of my favorite memories with her was one day we went to the mall to buy something i could wear for my confirmation. mari and ana both tried on basically every prom dress in dillard's. my mom was going to grab a different size dress for me and both of them came into my dressing room wearing pink sequenced dresses. and mari's couldn't zip up all the way. we laughed so hard that i'm pretty sure everyone heard us.

we went to kroger with a group of friends and our moms. and made a bunch of videos of us running around the whole store. my friend joey ( go check out his youtube channel: jf films) grabbed random items and asked different people if they wanted to buy the item. we laughed so hard! the people were just really confused.

in march we had our spring retreat, it's a long story but my friend emilie and i are co-parents to an egg (which has unfortunately died) the whole day we laughed about our egg ( his name was Brusi Eaglette. Brusi because we dropped him and he was brusied but didn't crack) so when it came to signing the big banner, we wrote rip little brusi eaglette. which is explained in pictures 2 and 3. also in the picture was the egg's nanny, sandy. she's honestly the best! everytime we see each other we recount our adventures with our little egg.

anyways! i hope that you make it a point to laugh every single day, because if you don't your life will become very sad.

i hope that you enjoyed this blog as much as i do!
until next time!

here are some examples. you can obviously tell we can't be serious or actually smile and take a normal picture.
