*life update*

hey guys! it's been awhile! my life has been a little crazy these past few weeks, that is why i haven't been able to write a post. 
so what are somethings i've been up to lately? well, besides school & family activities... i started to work out. we have exercise equipment in the basement so i've been using that and walking a mile at least 4 times a week. i really love it, i blast my music and it gives me time by myself just to think. i want to start eating healthier but i love chocolate and mcdonalds. i'm being completely honest here, i love junk food. but it's so bad for you! 
 i started using self-care charts and keeping up with my mental health. using the charts has been very helpful to look back on the week and see what areas of my life need a little cleaning up. i try to take a bath (with a bath bomb of course!) at least once a week, i play music and just relax. i also try to do facials at least 2-3 times a week.  
i have been working on my relationship with God a lot more recently. i'm getting confirmed next month and i want to receive the Holy Spirit in the right state of mind. it's been so great waking up and doing my morning prayers and reading my devotional. it has definitely improved my relationship with God. 
lastly, i'm trying to be more organized/not lazy for example, making sure my desk is cleaned up, my trash isn't over flowing, i put things back where they belong, doing laundry, stuff like that. i try to leave all this for the weekend, that way during the week i can focus on school and chores. 
this year it has been very hard to keep on top of my school because it's a lot. but what really helps is having a planner. i love my planner because it tells my all the things i need to get done during the week. it also has a section for weekly goals that i usually fill because i have many goal i would like to accomplish.
